Supply Chain Collaboration Strategist

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Collaboration Strategist to join our team. This role will be accountable for developing and executing supply chain strategies that drive collaboration with top-segment customers.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and the ability to develop and implement customer care plans and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies that drive collaboration with top-segment customers.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure regular supply chain operational meetings, customer visits, joint scorecards, service plans, value-tracking, and satisfaction measures are in place.
- Conduct customer segmentation based on global customer fulfillment playbook and drive development and execution of simplification plans.
- Drive 'level-up' supply chain customer collaboration activity within service plans and ensure regular 'Voice of the Customer' satisfaction measures are in place.
- Ensure action plans are in place to address satisfaction gaps and are well-tracked.
Requirements
- Ambition, communication and negotiation competencies, stakeholder management skills, and a change management mindset.
- Prior experience in a like/similar role and demonstrated ability to develop and implement customer care plans and initiatives.
- Build positive business relationships and understanding of E2E supply chain processes.
