Job Description

We are looking for a motivated customer service and admin assistant to join our small close knit team in West Ryde. You will have the autonomy to make decisions and have some fun along the way.

Rlevant experience is helpful, but it's your attitude and values that are the most important. We attach great importance to team spirit, positivity and taking collective responsibility for the brand.

Your Role
  • Picking and processing online orders
  • Support the E-commerce team in the day-to-day operations of the online store
  • Complete regular stock checks to ensure all styles/sizes are available for purchase on our website
  • Assisting the Digital Marketing Manager with the implementation of social media & marketing strategies
  • Understanding our product range and making sure product creation and activation is across all systems
  • Identifying and resolving issues
  • Assisting in the production process
  • General office duties
Requirements
  • An interest in fashion and social media
  • Sewing experience (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Capability to resolve customer issues
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Work with a sense of urgency and a commitment to quality
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Great time management skills and highly organised
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Able to work autonomously and be proactive, as well as being a team player
