General Manager, People and Culture Professional

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, assisting with employer branding, recruitment outreach, and internal communications.
The role involves:
- Assisting the team with publishing job postings and tracking candidate applications.
- Helping to screen resumes and compile candidate shortlists for review.
- Supporting the scheduling and coordination of interviews between applicants and managers.
- Maintaining and updating employee records and digital HR documents.
- Drafting internal announcements and HR communications as requested.
- Supporting the planning and coordination of team engagement activities or virtual events.
In order to excel in this role, you will need:
- Familiarity with content planning tools such as Canva or Google Workspace.
- An interest in social media, employer branding, and internal communication efforts.
- Good written communication skills and an eye for design.
- Prior experience in HR, administration, or marketing would be beneficial but is not required.
