About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Room Leader in Melbourne. As a key member of our campus team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education, development, and care to our children, while delivering an exceptional customer experience and partnership experience with our families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure child safety and welfare at all times by actively supervising and interacting with children.
  • Develop and implement engaging programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure our children are inspired to learn in a safe and exciting learning environment.
  • Mentor and support a team of Educators to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care and education.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and families to ensure they are informed and involved in their child's learning journey.
  • Document children's learning and development, and contribute to the development of our Quality Improvement Plan.
Requirements
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognised Registered Training Organisation (or equivalent ACECQA approved qualifications).
  • Minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience.
  • A genuine passion for Early Childhood education and development.
  • A creative, supportive, and cooperative team player.
  • Current Working with Children Check (Employee).
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
