Program Manager, Customer Operations

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and strategic direction of programs supporting Cash App, Afterpay, and Clearpay.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Create project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver operational requirements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management or similar role
  • Experience documenting business and technical requirements
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

Certification in project or program managementKnowledge of regulatory compliance and information security
