IT Program Manager We have a new opportunity for an IT Program Manager to help oversee and drive the successful delivery of strategic IT projects and product development initiatives.
Hybrid working arrangements emphasizing work/life balance Ongoing, full-time position Po V 6.2 - $162,077 - $185,518 + 12% Superannuation About the role The IT Program Manager will lead the delivery of the IT program, ensuring projects and product development align with organisational strategy and are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement through best practices and effective stakeholder communication.
Develop and maintain IT program roadmaps, manage risks, dependencies, and resource allocation Communicate with senior leadership, business teams, and vendors to provide updates and resolve issues Implement Agile and governance best practices and scale to optimise IT delivery and innovation across the organisation About you We are looking for an experienced leader in managing complex, cross-functional IT programs that align with organisational goals and drive strategic outcomes.
You should be skilled in influencing stakeholders and guiding teams through change to deliver high-impact technology projects.
