Logistics Specialist Job Description

The role of a Logistics Specialist is to oversee the warehouse operations and ensure the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers.

As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics personnel, developing and implementing logistics strategies, and ensuring compliance with established procedures.

You will work autonomously to identify and resolve logistical challenges and provide subject matter expertise to junior team members. Your excellent problem-solving skills will enable you to make informed decisions independently and drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.

  • Coordinate logistics personnel and workflow to ensure seamless transportation management
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and drive cost savings
  • Work within established procedures and practices to ensure compliance with company guidelines
  • Exercise sound judgment to identify and resolve logistical challenges based on experience and industry practices
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the warehouse manager in coordinating logistics personnel and workflow

Requirements:
  • Proven 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
