Lead Residential Construction Teams to Success

Crownover Company Inc. is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Operations Manager to lead and optimize all aspects of our residential construction operations.

  • Develop, manage, and oversee project schedules, milestones, and timelines.
  • Support Project Managers with procurement, vendor negotiations, and materials delivery.
  • Provide leadership to teams, ensuring project goals are met and quality standards are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

Phase 1 & Phase 2 Management

Drive project execution, develop operational processes, and ensure team profitability.

  1. Manage project budgets, track costs, and analyze variances.
  2. Develop and implement process improvements and operational innovations.
  3. Partner with the CFO to manage the annual operating budget.
Operations Processes

Streamline contract acquisition, create operational processes, and drive project efficiency.

  • Create and manage operational processes for contracts, estimating, budgets, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Lead process improvements and operational innovations.
Client Experience Management

Deliver exceptional client experiences through transparent communication, regular updates, and rigorous quality control processes.

  • Maintain open communication with clients throughout projects.
  • Implement rigorous quality control processes to exceed client expectations.
Quality Control / Safety / Compliance

Ensure OSHA compliance, safety training, and environmental regulations are followed on all project sites.

  • Implement and maintain quality control inspections and compliance with building codes and industry standards.

We're Looking For:

  • A high-performance leader with 7-10 years of field experience in residential construction.
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience managing teams and operational performance.
  • Proven track record in leading successful construction teams.
