Site Management Opportunities

This is an expression of interest for management opportunities in residential construction projects. We are recruiting for metropolitan Melbourne and Bendigo. As a manager, you will oversee the construction process to ensure homes are built with high-quality workmanship and meet Australian building codes.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and quality
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on job progress, status, costs, and future programs
  • Facilitate onsite meetings and discussions with tradespeople and suppliers
  • Develop and maintain service standards and expectations with contractors and suppliers
  • Identify areas for improvement and report inefficiencies to the management team

To be successful, you will have:

  • A proven track record in managing residential construction sites
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to interpret building plans, engineers' reports, and specifications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • An up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and industry best practices
