Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Relief Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a busy reception desk, handling in-bound calls, preparing real estate forms, and ensuring all tasks are completed with exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-volume reception desk, responding to inquiries and directing visitors to relevant personnel.
  • Prepare and process real estate documents, maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all work products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in administration and reception duties, with a proven track record of success.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • A current QLD driver's license and own vehicle, with a willingness to travel to various locations.
