Medical Kit Coordinator Position

We are seeking a skilled Medical Kit Coordinator to join our operations team in Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient processing and dispatch of medical loan kits to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct stock replenishment across various sites as required
  • Receive and check stock for quality and accuracy
  • Pick, pack, and prepare medical kits for dispatch to customers
  • Maintain effective communication with internal staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Ensure accurate data entry into the system for traceability purposes
  • Perform inventory control and stock taking tasks as needed
  • Assemble, maintain, and repair instruments to good working order
  • Maintain a collaborative approach and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Adhere to safety protocols within the work environment

Requirements:

  • Warehousing or loan kit experience within the medical device industry is essential
  • Experience working on SAP is ideal, but similar system experience is also suitable
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to commit to an ongoing assignment
  • Quick learner with a can-do attitude
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and pressured environment
