The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in surgical kit logistics.
You will also thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating initiative and adaptability in fast-paced situations.
Taking ownership and responsibility, proactively identifying and solving problems to improve efficiency is essential.
Additionally, you will excel in time management and multitasking, balancing priorities in a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Packing, dispatching, and tracking surgical loan kits for hospitals and specialist rooms
- Receiving, inspecting, and restocking returned kits to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure kits meet surgeon and sales representative requirements
- Managing implant inventory for hospital consignment locations, ensuring timely availability
- Processing all products accurately in the ERP system, following industry standards
