We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Device Coordinator to prepare, check and dispatch surgical loan kits to hospitals with precision and urgency. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of these kits.

About the Opportunity

In this hands-on role, you'll work alongside a motivated team that takes pride in helping healthcare professionals deliver the best possible care. Your tasks will include:

  • Picking, packing, checking and dispatching surgical loan kits to tight deadlines
  • Inspecting returns; verifying completeness, cleanliness and accuracy
  • Coordinating urgent requests and liaising with internal stakeholders
  • Tracking kit movements and inventory in internal systems
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness and documentation

You will thrive in this role if you have experience within the medical device industry, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organisational abilities. You must also be comfortable with manual handling of equipment and moving kits/trolleys.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
