About the Opportunity:The Administrative Review Tribunal plays a vital role in Australia's legal system, providing an independent review process for individuals and organisations seeking to challenge decisions made under various Commonwealth laws.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team supporting case management during the application phase.
- Oversee the delivery of strategic case management initiatives, including caseload strategies and priority frameworks.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and operational directors to achieve organisational objectives.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, promoting collaboration and modelling APS values and code of conduct.
- Ability to think strategically, exercise judgment, and align section activities with organisational priorities.
- Proven capacity to deliver results, lead complex projects, and manage risks effectively.
Suitable candidates will be strong leaders with a proven track record in service delivery, possessing excellent stakeholder relationships and a detailed understanding of the Tribunal's legislative and policy context.
