About the Role


Cotton On Group is seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandise Manager to lead our retail visual merchandising efforts in the Northern region of the USA/UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies that drive sales growth and enhance the customer experience.


As a leader in retail excellence, you will collaborate with our Buying/Trend teams across all Cotton On brands to ensure our visual merchandising DNA and values are executed through compelling visual experiences. You will own the delivery of visual merchandising product presentations, store windows, campaign implementation, and display techniques that best showcase our brands.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that drive sales growth and enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with Buying/Trend teams to ensure visual merchandising DNA and values are executed through compelling visual experiences
  • Own the delivery of visual merchandising product presentations, store windows, campaign implementation, and display techniques
  • Coach and develop a team of visual merchandising specialists to achieve business objectives

Requirements



  • Degree/qualification in a relevant field such as Visual Merchandising, Fashion
  • Extensive experience in a similar visual merchandising role, preferably in a support centre or senior space planner position
  • Proven experience in people leadership, with a track record of successfully leading and developing a team
  • Strong understanding of the Northern market (USA/UK), with experience working in VM in this market
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
  • Proven problem-solving abilities to assess options, identify and implement creative, innovative, and flexible solutions within the visual merchandise remit
  • Experience controlling budgets, with the ability to plan ahead and foresee opportunities
  • Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills
  • Proficient ability in Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office
