**Customer Experience Leader Role**

At our organisation, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Leader to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service delivery. This involves leading a team of specialists to achieve high levels of customer service excellence, delivering day-to-day KPIs and SLAs across customer care centre operations, and ensuring compliance with customer service financial targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the delivery of customer service excellence, setting priorities and aligning goals across teams.
  • Managing day-to-day customer centre operations, maintaining and driving agreed business KPIs and SLAs.
  • Solving day-to-day customer service operations, maintaining and achieving agreed business KPIs and SLAs.
  • Identifying strategies for improvement and expansion across all areas of the business.
  • Ensuring compliance with policy and procedures such as privacy, data integrity, and documentation.
