The ideal candidate will lead the development and maintenance of financial systems, ensure efficient service delivery, and drive business growth.

  • Develop and maintain group financial systems, ensuring integrity of financial results and standardization.">
  • Manage program of work to ensure effective service delivery, identifying key priorities and aligning with business objectives.">
  • Assist in implementing budgeting and BI/reporting tools in or linking with Financial Management Information Systems (Business Central).">
  • Support transition of subsidiary financial systems to Financial Management Information Systems (Business Central).">
  • Support annual plan and budget process, assist with budgeting and forecasting.">
  • Perform quarterly acquittal and reporting of large federal and state government grants.">
  • Provide performance reporting and ad hoc analysis to support decision making.">

Key Requirements:

  • ">
  • CA/CPA qualification.">
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders.">
  • Effective communication and articulation of methodologies and results to non-technical audiences.">
  • Excellent statistical/numerical skills and advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.">
  • Working knowledge of database design and data warehousing principles.">
  • Ability to work under general direction and manage multiple priorities.">
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Central, GP, and Business Central, Concur, Power BI, and Solver BI would be an advantage.">
