We are seeking a reliable and skilled Groundsman to maintain our bowling greens and surrounds in South-Western Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and an eye for detail.

The role involves working closely with the Greens and Landscape Supervisor to ensure the greens are presented at their best and competition-ready. Key responsibilities include maintaining and preparing bowling greens, collaborating with staff, and ensuring proper WH&S practices.

**Job Requirements:**

  • Knowledge of safe and efficient equipment operation and repair.
  • Experience with various plant and equipment specific to the industry.
  • An eye for detail and ability to work closely within a team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining machinery, assisting with repairs, meeting surface specifications, and participating in pump and irrigation system operation and maintenance.

We require a candidate who is able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on presenting all clubs to the highest standards. A drivers licence and own vehicle for transport to/from venues as required.
