Job Title: Groundsman

The role of Groundsman involves the maintenance and upkeep of a variety of outdoor areas, including gardens, parks, and sports fields.

  • Cleaning and maintaining pools
  • Tidying grounds by mowing, weeding, hedging, pressure washing etc
  • Cleaning and charging vehicles
  • Window cleaning
  • Waste management
Key Responsibilities:

- Cleaning and maintaining outdoor spaces to ensure they are safe and aesthetically pleasing

- Maintaining equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working order

- Working with a team to achieve common goals and objectives

Requirements:

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods

- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces

- Basic knowledge of gardening and horticulture

- Good communication and teamwork skills
