Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Millers Inn, a local institution with a reputation for excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the venue, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, recruiting and training team members, and rostering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a large, multi-skilled team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, including opening and closing procedures
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve business targets
- Develop and implement initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a hospitality leadership role
- Proven track record of delivering business results and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
