The Role
The Portfolio Growth Specialist plays a key role in the acquisition, retention, and growth of Cox Automotive products and services within the assigned portfolio. This role is responsible for driving profitable achievement of monthly sales targets associated with the assigned portfolio.
This role actively builds on existing relationships with customers and ensures our customers are receiving the highest level of service, while actively prospecting and acquiring new business within the allocated zone. This role also comes with a full maintained company car and an incentive plan.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain monthly key account sales plans
- Manage sales process and pipeline to ensure that performance is in accordance with targets and objectives
- Provide sales activity and performance reports on a regular basis
- Deepen relationship touch points across end-to-end customer portfolio
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role in a medium to large organization or significant equivalent experience in a related industry
- Exemplary communication and relationship building skills
- Strong decision-making and organizational skills
- Ability to study, analyze, and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches
