Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions Implementer

Job Title:
A skilled professional is required to oversee the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and users to understand their requirements.
- Design functional solutions that meet business needs.
- Configure D365 CRM product features according to specifications.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and administrators.
- Ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations.
- Ability to create process flows using Visio, PowerPoint, or other tools.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 security model.
- Hands-on experience with D365 CRM configurations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in user training and showcasing products.
- Proficiency in Agile project management and JIRA/Azure DevOps tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
