At Fujitsu, we're looking for passionate and experienced professionals to join our team as Enterprise IT Solutions Consultants.

About the Role

This role is focused on delivering end-user computing solutions for our Federal and State Government clients. As an Enterprise IT Solutions Consultant, you'll be responsible for preparing designs for new or existing SOEs, analyzing, testing, and remedying applications, building, configuring, and implementing Microsoft-based solutions, and more.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  1. Develop comprehensive designs for new or existing Standard Operating Environments (SOEs).
  2. Analyze, test, and remediate applications to ensure optimal performance and security.
  3. Create and implement Microsoft-based solutions to meet client needs.
  4. P Prepare and deliver detailed documentation, including As-Built, As-Configured, and Standard Operating Procedures, and conduct Skills Transfer with clients.
  5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
  6. Prepare security-related documentation in accordance with organizational best practices.
  7. Leverage vendor relationships to assist with design, configuration, and remediation activities based on industry standards.
  8. Drive continuous improvement and iteration of technical processes, tools, and reporting.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for relevant technologies.
  10. Assist with managing client expectations in collaboration with the Management team.
  11. Participate in the creation of new products and solutions as part of a cross-functional team.
Requirements and Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience with SOE/MOE/Intune and Application deployment using enterprise deployment tools.
  • Expertise in SOE/MOE/Intune lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with Task sequence development and troubleshooting.
  • Windows Desktop and/or Server management skills.
  • Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell, Visual Basic, or similar.
  • Group Policy administration knowledge.
  • Experience with Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS management.
  • User profile management expertise.
  • Security hardening skills, particularly application control.
  • System Center Configuration Manager (including co-management with Intune/Endpoint Manager) proficiency.
  • MSI, MSIX, and App-V packaging experience across desktop and/or server environments.
  • A minimum of an NV1 security clearance.
Desired Skills

The following skills are highly desirable but not essential:

  • Citrix platform administration, including Citrix Cloud, Storefront, Netscaler, and master image provisioning/maintenance.
  • Understanding of networking concepts, especially firewall and proxy rules.
  • Scripting knowledge in YAML and JSON.
  • Understanding of DevOps/Infrastructure as Code Practices.
  • Enterprise PKI/certificate services experience.
  • Apple Business Manager familiarity.
  • Exchange (on-premises, Hybrid, or Online) expertise.
