About the Role

We're seeking an experienced leader to manage day-to-day operations at our brand-new ADC in Kemps Creek, New South Wales. You'll provide operational leadership, direction, and support to team members, ensuring the smooth running of our facility.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations, including process improvement and maintenance of operational activities to increase efficiency, service, safety, and value.
  • Sustaining delivery activity and taking corrective action as required.
  • Motivating, encouraging, and challenging the team to achieve high standards of performance and behaviours.
  • Conducting regular appraisals for team members, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and guidance to support professional development.
  • Enabling an environment that adheres to Coles' Quality, Compliance, Safety, Reliability, and Cost requirements.
  • Supporting the implementation of change initiatives and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
About You and Your Skills

We're looking for someone with demonstrated experience working within supply, logistics, and manufacturing operations. You should have strong leadership skills, with experience leading teams of 20+. You'll also need to be able to analyse data, drive data-driven decisions, and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
