About Our Village Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate professional to join our team as a key member of our village management team.


Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. As our ideal candidate, you will have a strong ability to provide quality service creating a supportive and caring environment for our community.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Village Manager in the effective management of all new and current residents, as well as relevant stakeholders.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction among our residents.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the village, achieving excellent standards at all times.
  • Build positive relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and service providers.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role, preferably within a similar industry or sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Resilience, strong commercial acumen, and highly organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A good understanding of relevant legislation or willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, along with the ability to quickly learn other systems.
