**About the role**:
As a Cleaning Assistant at RSL LifeCare, every day you're empowered to make a meaningful difference to people's lives. Within our supportive work environment, your compassion is valued and your professional development is prioritised. You will have the opportunity to:

- Work closely with the cleaning team to provide high-quality cleaning services for residents and their visitors,
- Comply with Work Health & Safety Standards,
- Adherence to general cleaning schedule ensuring all areas are maintained at an acceptable level
- of cleanliness.
- Adherence to cleaning schedule ensuring all areas are detailed on a weekly basis as per comprehensive cleaning procedure.
- Check and replenish supplies such as liquid soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc.
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset when interacting with residents, their families and visitors,

**About You**:

- Have experience in cleaning; aged care cleaning experience is desirable but not necessary
- Follow the Occupational Health and Safety Policy within the organization by maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors
- Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
- Have a positive outlook and enjoy working co-operatively in a team
- Want to make a difference and contribute to the wellbeing of others
