Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Motivate the Team

    • Motivate and engage the team to achieve operational excellence and meet sales targets.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure that all food safety and quality standards are met, and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard.
    • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and waste to optimize profitability.
  • Guest Experience
    • Ensure that every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service.
    • Address guest complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
