Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our crew at Grill'd Narellan. As a Team Member, you'll be the face and hands behind our brand, providing an amazing Grill'd experience for our customers. You'll work in a fast-paced, fun, and dynamic environment, collaborating with your team to deliver exceptional service and quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages, maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and inclusive work culture
  • Develop skills and knowledge in all aspects of hospitality, including food preparation, customer service, and team management
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and career prospects

Requirements
