The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable Environment & Planning practice, with a strong track record of conducting Land and Environment Court proceedings. They will also possess excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities simultaneously.

As a Senior Associate or Special Counsel at Norton Rose Fulbright, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including planning approvals and appeals, major project approvals, contaminated land and waste management, planning agreements, land acquisition, climate change, and environmental compliance.
