About the Position:

As a Senior Associate/Special Counsel, you will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files, including obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, providing technical legal advice, and attending court/settlement conferences. You will work closely with a top-calibre Accredited Specialist Partner and be part of a meritocratic, inclusive, and equal opportunity culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out own files, including obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, and providing technical legal advice

Requirements:

  • Admitted solicitor in NSW with minimum 4+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law, including work injury damages
  • Strong legal technical knowledge and drafting/advocacy skills
  • Client-centric and results-driven approach
  • Ambitious and commercially astute
  • Proven ability to work well in a vibrant, fast-paced environment
