Job Overview

The Customer Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This key team member will provide top-notch support to customers and assist them with their queries.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience by identifying customer needs and providing solutions that meet those needs
  • Create a seamless customer experience by offering solutions and troubleshooting basic technical issues
  • Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through complex issues
  • Manage and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services to ensure a superior customer experience

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, such as contact centres, hospitality or retail
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build customer relationships quickly and effectively
  • Capacity to learn new systems rapidly and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent listening skills, friendly personality, team player and genuine desire to help others
  • Proven ability to meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
