Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dedicated patch of centres to uphold our core values.
  • Collaborate with Centre Directors to drive business outcomes, high performance, and accountability.
  • Bring vision for excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Education and Care national regulations.
  • Share knowledge and experience to support teams.
  • Lead the opening of new centres.
  • Develop and deliver training programs.
  • Built a positive reputation for our organisation.
  • Nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and external bodies.
  • Travel to various centres and sites.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood).
  • Valid Working with Children Check.
  • Additional Child Protection Training.
  • Strong understanding of Regulations/Legislations, including state variations.
  • Leadership and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
  • High standards and focus on excellence.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to self-manage time with conflicting priorities.
  • Relationships focus.
  • Strong computer skills and systems knowledge.
