Are you an experienced early learning professional who's ready to take your career to the next level, honing leadership skills and helping to build a successful business?

As the Assistant Director, you will use your experience and leadership qualities to engage and motivate your centre team to drive continuous improvement in all aspects across centre operation. You will work in collaboration with your centre leadership team and establish respectful and reciprocal relationships with families and engage in networks within the centre's local community.

**In this role, you will**:
Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care

Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team

Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence

**Location**: Situated in a vibrant residential and commercial area close to community services, schools, and shops.

**Facility**: Purpose-built center with six rooms, including a dedicated Kindergarten section, providing specialised care for Kindergarten children.

**Experience**: Over 12 years of excellence in early childhood education, offering developmentally appropriate programs for children aged six weeks to five years.

**Qualified Team**: Passionate and qualified educators who prioritise each child's growth and development, fostering an environment of love and learning.

**Curriculum**: Aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework, offering sensory-rich and play-based learning experiences in all rooms.

**Communication**: Utilisation of the Storypark platform, regular family nights, and newsletters to ensure open and clear communication with parents and families.

**Outdoor Environment**: Extensive play spaces designed to promote environmental awareness and sustainability, featuring age-appropriate equipment and activities.
