Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our landscaping crew, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and showcase your expertise in leadership and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of landscapers on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Operate heavy machinery safely and effectively
- Construct landscape features, including retaining walls, timber work, and fencing
- Read and interpret landscape plans to ensure accurate project execution
- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and quality
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in landscaping, preferably in a leadership role
- Current full driver's license and ability to drive long distances
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety
