Job Title: Assistant Director

  • As the Assistant Director, you will leverage your expertise and leadership to support the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high-quality early learning and care. This includes mentoring and building capabilities within the centre team, managing the centre in the Centre Director's absence, and implementing the Goodstart Practice Guide.

To be successful in this role:

  • You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
  • You possess a current Working with Children Check and Police Check, demonstrating your commitment to child safety.
  • You have substantial experience as a Senior Educator or in a similar leadership position, showcasing your ability to mentor and build capabilities within a team.
