We seek a dedicated and passionate individual to play a vital role within a supportive team ensuring our patients have a great experience during their care.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient assistance and transfers using lifting machines and bed movers

• Operate in line with WHS policy & procedures

• Deliver excellent customer service to staff, clients and patients

• Create a welcoming environment for all patients

• Work collaboratively as an active team member to support all tasks

Requirements

• Authority to work in Australia

• Certificate III in Health Support Services or equivalent desired

• Experience in a hospital environment (desirable)

• Working with Children check (if relevant)

• Commitment to service excellence

• Ability to prioritise and organise work with minimal supervision

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• High level attention to detail

• Availability for on-call shifts
