Operations Excellence Manager

This role involves leading a team of venue managers to drive business performance, enhance customer experience, and ensure operational consistency across multiple leisure venues.

  • Lead and support venue managers to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and business growth objectives.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and service standards through strategic planning, coaching, and development programs.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, quality, and safety across the region by identifying and addressing performance gaps.
  • Maximise sales and profitability through data-driven decision making and informed leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing training and development for staff members to improve their capabilities and skills.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address performance gaps.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Working with Children Check (or equivalent)
  • National Police Check
