Job Title: Beverage Management Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of beverages, including wines, beers, and spirits, to advise guests and make informed recommendations.
  • Conduct regular inventory management, ordering, and stock control to optimize profitability and minimize waste.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers, farmers, and industry partners to source high-quality ingredients and materials.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and product knowledge.

About You:

  • You have 2+ years of experience in a similar leadership role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • You have a proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • You are passionate about craft cocktails, wine, and beer, and have a deep understanding of flavor profiles and pairings.
