About the Role

We're seeking highly motivated operators to join our residential teams at Newman Operations. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, and loaders, and working collaboratively with our production team to achieve our operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, and loaders in a safe and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve operational goals
  • Contribute to a safe and inclusive work environment
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge

About You

We're looking for candidates who possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in mining operations
  • Experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, and loaders
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

Location

Newman Operations is located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, approximately 5-10kms from the town of Newman. Our operations are situated on the traditional lands of the Nyiyaparli people, and we're committed to working in partnership with local communities to create positive outcomes.
