About the Role
We are currently seeking highly motivated Operators for upcoming opportunities with our Newman Operations residential teams. The successful applicants will have a minimum of 2 years Mining experience in any of the following roles;
- MineStar Autonomous Field Builder
- Production Excavator Operator
- Production Dozer Operator
- Production Loader Operator
And ideally have experience in (but not limited to) the following equipment:
- Liebherr 9400 & 996 Excavators or equivalent
- CAT D10 or D11 Track Dozers
- CAT 994 Loader
About You
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- A Team player who can help influence and shape our culture to ensure a safe, productive, sustainable and disciplined approach to work is maintained.
- A positive can-do attitude with a strong passion for safety improving mining efficiencies.
- Minimum 2 Years Production Mining
- Computer literacy and experience with MineStar or Modular Fleet Management System
- Experience operating or working as a Field Builder within an Autonomous Mine highly regarded.
- Experience operating production excavators,dozers and loaders
- Flexible, team-orientated approach with strong communications skills
- Minimum C Class Driver's license unrestricted is essential.
Location

We also offer FIFO opportunities for our Newman Operations on an 8:6/7:7 Roster.
Our Newman Operations are located approximately 5 to 10kms out of Newman, Western Australia which makes it a short trip to / from work
