Disability Support Role
We are seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to join our team and provide exceptional care and support to individuals with disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in a relevant qualification, current First Aid and CPR certificate, and NDIS Worker Screening-Blue and Yellow card. They will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide personal and domestic care to clients with disabilities
- To assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- To support clients with their medication management and administration
- To promote independence and empowerment among clients
Requirements:
- A minimum Certificate III in a relevant qualification
- An Australian National Police check
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening-Blue and Yellow card
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
