Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our team on a Casual basis. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently in their own homes and engage in their communities.

  • Assist participants with daily living skills such as budgeting, shopping, meal planning, cooking, and managing their residences.
  • Facilitate participation in social activities and community events to promote social inclusion.
  • Provide personal care and grooming assistance as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic support.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Disability or equivalent qualification
  • Experience supporting clients with complex needs and behaviors
  • Current driver's license and reliable transportation
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
