Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Learning Facilitator to deliver high-quality educational programs for children in our nursery to kindergarten settings.

About the Position:

  • To engage and supervise children at all times, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment that fosters their physical, social, and emotional development.
  • Support the development of strong, positive relationships with children and families through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Implement National Quality Standards and policies in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Holding a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (ACECQA approved equivalent).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
  2. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to collaborative planning.
  3. Engage in ongoing professional learning and development to stay current with best practices.
  4. Perform other duties as required by the centre manager.
