We are seeking a skilled Sales Merchandiser to join our team in providing field marketing and merchandising sales solutions to clients across various retail channels.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work effectively in FMCG channels, maintaining product visibility, accessibility, and availability in stores. Additionally, they will create point-of-sale displays, complete planograms, and ensure products are well-stocked and maintained.

Key responsibilities include negotiating shelf space with managers to leverage market share, checking stock levels for stores, and liaising with store managers. The successful candidate will also develop strong relationships with key personnel in all stores, hold and utilize stock and point-of-sale materials sent by the company, and report accurate data upon completion of each visit.

The role requires prior experience in merchandising or retail sales within FMCG (particularly grocery stores), as well as strong relationship-building skills and negotiation skills. A valid driver's license and reliable car are necessary, and the candidate should be able to work independently and structure their own day.

Able to competently use technology, the ideal candidate will also possess excellent time management skills and a positive attitude. They will be creatively minded, think outside the box, and have a hunger to make a difference in their territory and achieve sales results.

About This Role:
