This role presents an exciting chance to delve into the world of residential and commercial property markets. As a Senior Analyst/Advisor, you will be responsible for providing in-depth research on various 'Living' sectors, including Build to Rent, Multifamily Housing, PBSA, Co Living, Affordable Housing, and Build to Sell.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market analysis, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to clients
  • Manage complex analytics projects, building strong relationships with clients to support their investment decisions
  • Undertake real estate market analysis, utilizing best-in-class data to inform client recommendations
  • Support business development and client engagement activities within the VAS team
  • Maintain and enhance CBRE's living dataset/platform
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-10 years' experience in economic/investment or property research roles, with a deep understanding of residential and/or commercial property markets
  • Proven track record of executing and presenting high-quality research reports and consultancy advice
  • Strong knowledge of the Australian economy and its impact on commercial property markets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience writing detailed analytical property papers
  • Able to build trust and develop strong relationships with internal and external clients
