Key Role in Client Account Administration
The Onboarding and Portfolio Services Consultant plays a pivotal role in the effective management of Private Wealth client accounts.
This involves onboarding new clients, maintaining accurate records, managing FATCA/CRS reporting, processing transfers, and handling account closures with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Maintaining and updating client accounts to ensure accuracy and currency.
- Investigating and resolving adviser and client queries in a timely manner.
- Effective group inbox management.
Essential Requirements:
- Tertiary degree in a relevant business field; RG146 certification desirable.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in funds management, platforms, or custody environments, with a solid understanding of Custody and Superannuation frameworks.
- Experience in account administration and AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS, W-8Ben forms.
- Strong knowledge of platform/reporting systems and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent MS Office and cloud-based software skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills in a financial services environment.
