About the Role

Reporting to the Business Manager at our office in Wyong NSW, you will work closely with stakeholders, including employers and participants, to deliver tailored employment solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to demonstrate composure and adaptability, and have a can-do approach. Experience in sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting, business development, and administration would be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Secure Employment Opportunities

    Work with local employers to secure job opportunities for our participants.

  • Support Participants to Become Job Ready

    Assist participants in identifying their skills and becoming job ready through various training and support services.

  • Deliver Quality Service

    Ensure that all services are delivered to a high standard, adhering to contractual and compliance requirements.

  • Enhance Employability

    Help participants enhance their employability through training and support service referrals.

  • Develop Personalised Job Plans

    Create personalised job plans to help participants achieve clear employment pathways.

  • Build Relationships

    Maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Eligibility to Work in Australia

  • Current Driver's Licence and Comprehensively Insured Vehicle

  • MyGovID (Standard Level)

  • National Police Check

  • Working with Children Check

  • Full-Time Availability Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
