Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our client's successful team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably with experience in new build hotels and high-end residential projects.

The Project Director will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, managing and mentoring a team, and maintaining current client relationships. They will also assist with tender and proposal preparations and submissions.

The role requires exceptional communication skills, leadership abilities, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will have experience with industry standard contract forms, such as GC21, MW21, AS4000, AS4122, and AS4902.
