Technical Project Management Role

Our organization is looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager to play a key part in the Core Technology team. This role involves working closely with the Product Manager to drive successful delivery of products, tools and services.

The Technical Project Manager will facilitate effective collaboration between Engineering, Product Management, Design and DevOps teams to ensure projects meet timeline and quality expectations. The ability to balance technical understanding, project governance, and team facilitation is crucial for delivering value in a fast-paced environment.

  • Break down project requirements into technical tasks, identify dependencies, and ensure feasibility before development starts.
  • Coordinate projects involving API development, third-party integrations, and internal system dependencies, ensuring smooth data flow and compatibility.
  • Work with DevOps and Engineering teams to track infrastructure needs, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment schedules, ensuring production readiness.
  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment of team resources, timelines, and priorities with business objectives.
  • Identify potential obstacles and risks early in the project lifecycle, work to remove blockers, and keep projects on track through proactive problem-solving and escalation when needed.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing software development projects.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies.
  • Experience managing delivery of web applications and their APIs.
  • Experience with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
