Senior Employee Communications Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced communications professional to join our Corporate Affairs team as a Senior Employee Communications Partner. This is a high-impact role that requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to drive business outcomes through effective communication.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior leaders across the organization to develop internal communication strategies that elevate leadership effectiveness, boost employee engagement, and connect teams to our purpose, strategy, values, and behaviors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing enterprise-wide communication campaigns that drive business outcomes
- Leading major portfolios of work and providing expert advice to senior leaders
- Shaping the narrative around our business and driving cultural change
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in strategic communications, excellent writing and storytelling skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
